Crazy over Power

1. The power tussle looks set to prolong.

2. Even if Mr Mahatma Mandela & Co. manages to recapture the legislative power through vote of no confidence, and the other side accepts the decision lying down, the former still have the Rakyat to face and convince.

3. The power grab already did enough damage to the power grabbing coalition that even if it was done within the constitution, it is generally perceived that whatever took place some three months back was done through undemocratic process.

4. Its going to be quite a task for Mahatma & Co. to convince the masses their party still believe in People’s Power, especially by the manner they took office back in February.

5. Unless fresh election is in the offing, the rakyat will have to live under weak government with thin majority until the next General Election.

6. Economic power is what the people are yearning for. Only a powerful government can provide and feed our cravings for a greater economic growth and productivity.

7. In a democratic country, the power should always belong to the people, and must not be in any power-crazy politician’s hand.

8. I am not a politician, but as part of the people, I consider myself as Power-crazy.

9. For the past months, I’ve been feeding my craze for Power on Fridays, every single week without miss.

10. Since today is Friday, its time for the weekly ritual. It has been a week since I last recharged my power that the feelings of weakness and hunger have kicked in.

11. Must…have…my…weekly…(two) plate(s)…of…

BAWAL POWER!!!

Set nasik, ulaman & sambal belacan bersama Ikan Bawal, Ikan Keli atau Ayam digoreng panas-panas…

Bawal Power is located at
Selera Central, Central Park, Sunway Damansara, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

12. That’s right, gormandisers! If you're hungry for Power, drive down to Kota Damansara for the real deal succulent Bawal. Memang Power!

Bawal power? They should consider setting up a branch in Ipoh - right outside bangunan SUK. At least kalau terpaksa bersidang bawah pokok, senang nak lunch!

Hi Kerp, I'm also power hungry (as a rakyat) but then I read about the bawal power and now my hunger doubles up! :)

Hamdi,

Eh, gua serious la ni bro…tentang keenakan bawal segar yang digoreng sehingga rangup. Isu2 berkaitan OKU tak timbul, takde la cite. Watch this space brother, kot2 ada berita baik tentang epc…doa2lah sama.

Puan Carr…

And you’ll come back for more. Eh, lama tak timbul?

Cikgu,

Been wondering what in the world parpu actually is…

Akka!

Hehe…gotcha. And yes, we certainly need to catch up. Love ya and have great weekend yourself.

Mary,

Yeaa..election is the only way out. Or the yo-yo game will continue till the next GE makes it round. That sickens everyone, especially the perakians.

Kak Pi,

Setting up anything under a tree, be it a plaque or a food stall is deemed illegal in Ipoh…hehehe…tapi kesedapan bawal panas ni mungkin boleh menyatukan zambry dan nizar. Its one of many solutions the 2 parties should consider.

Eskapisminda,

Hi there! Seriously, if you’re from somewhere around here, Bawal Power is a must-try. And no, I am not in any ways related to the stall owner. Its genuinely about the (scrumptious) taste.

fark la, don't lie la kerpie, berapa tu sponsorship from bawal power?

if you didn't get any cash, then at least a free makan or two la macha . . .

not everyday an eaterie gets a ringing endorsement from the celebrity porn king, Tuan Kerp.

Kerp (Ph.D) said...

hahaha...i wish la brother! but seriously, although i must admit the owner is a friend, still i dont get any kind of sponsorship.

and another thing, the owner's a real metalhead. infact, he's the drummer of local metallers Blind Tribe. you can imagine la whenever we meet up. borak ke malam while enjoying the food.

Change is always difficult to accept especially for those folks that have been in power for so long. But change would happen for the present generation would want change. Nothing could stop change to the political scenario of the country. In the next election there would be some two million voters of my grandchildren generation and I believe they would want change. So whether one like it or not change would happen.

Now go and enjoy the Panas One before they change the recipe,

Have a nice day.

Kerp (Ph.D) said...

pak idrus!

i'm with you on the need for change. but first thing first- the perak crisis certainly needs a re election to break the deadlock, and perhaps reinstate yb Nizar. the manner zambry and co took charge didnt go down well with the people. so again, a change in mb post is required.

and thanks pak Idrus, baru lepas makan bawal dua ekor...haha...

Hai Kerp,
It's a deal lets go for power grabbing at the Bawal Power heheee.

Let's the Swine from both fronts suffer their swine flue.

Salt N Turmeric said...

lama tak timbul sbb serabut. i cant say i hate health services here enough!

Pak Idrus said...

Kerp, legally Nizar is still the MB of Perak. The crisis has exposed this gem of a gem to the world, thus a new national leader is born. Good for Malaysia.

Go back to the rakyaat is the only way to solved the problem.

Take care.

Dato J,

yes, its our priority in life- filling in our empty stomach.

Puan Azni,

gotta be the Kaiser permenente thing. havent had the time to sit and read all thr blogs around. will certainly come back to yours.

Pak Idrus,

again, couldnt agree with you more. this whole episode has brought out a hidden gem buried deep within a handsful of Ulamas in PAS. Nizar's an asset not just to the party but potentially the country. lets watch him go.

Anba,

it did cross my mind but some of the lads would want to have their thanis to go along. but any other suggestions is welcomed.

Bala Ji,

thanks for the link. with the amount of mullah Wenger had splashed, four trophy-less seasons is certainly not a disaster. my faith for this great man is still intact. In Arsene We Trust definitely!
