Al-Fatihah

Benazir Bhutto (1953-2007)

Politic breeds hate, which leads to war. War promotes violence, and ultimately kills. Down with politics. War-mongers, terrorists and politicians all can eat my shit.

Why can't they just fooking settle their differences on the hockey or cricket pitch? Winner forms govt. Simple.

But can't say the assasination was any surprise, rite?

It's a sad day and for those who talk about "terrorism" here, they aint see or know nothing until they see what is happening now in Pakistan.

With this, I wish you a great New Year and may 2008 brings you good health, good luck and lots of good tidings.
Cheerio :)

You're right bro' my line has not been clear at all this past week.. but I've been keeping up.. just not chance to post comments that's all.

Yes, so this devastating news on BBC last night. I suppose they have finally "succeeded".

And yes, I agree. These bastards can eat shit and die.

Al-Fatihah,
We may be far away from Pakistan to know what actually is going there, who's good, who's bad but one thing I can tell you, its sad that lives have to be sacrificed. It does not have to end that way.

Bala,

Eh brader, nice idea la. Perhaps we should get Shuaib Akhtar to represent one party and Inzamam Ul-Haq the other. Flick a coin to see who gets to bowl first.

My first thought was exactly the same, you can almost see it coming. Too bad. And sad.

Marykate,

Yea, the situation there is just bad. I’m so grateful tho, that we’re far away from such countries.

Thanks for the wish marykate, I’m gonna do another posting before the year ends but incase you’re going somewhere, here’s wishing you a very happy new year. Hope you and Mr Marykat and the kids will have a wonderful year ahead. And thanks for everything you’ve chipped in all these while.

MS bro,

Yea, they’ve succeeded, in further tarnishing the good name of Islam. What is so divine about being a terrorist anyway. Damn, man. extremism ‘blows’.

Glad to hear from you by the swamp. Always looking forward to receive something from you bro. will catcha again real soon.

Cikgu Nazir,

I’m with you sir. I myself am not sure whos the baddies here. that Perves fella aint no goodie either, is he? I doubt. But killing each other is never a solution. like Mr Bala said above, settle the score through sports. Its proven that sports game unites the people.

Bailey,

Amin.

Thanks, friends.

Salam bro,

Al-Fatihah kepada Allahyarham Benazir.

If I may, politics does not breed hate, its greed.

But I can agree with the last statement with addition to politicians: corrupt politicians.

Hey Kerpie,

Benazir Bhutto is a legend in her own right...A woman of amazing capablities, and I admire her for among others, her tenacity, her resilience, her forthrightness and her determination to bring change...

May she rest in peace...

Salam Shah brader,

Which ever way you look at it, politic sucks. Politic triggers hatred, which lead to argument and eventually war.

But of course, not all politician sucks, only most. Hehehe…

Daph,

Yea I’m sure she was/is a legend. She fought for what she believed in and for her people till her last breath. Too bad it has to end that way. These bloody terrorists only god at tarnishing the good name of Islam, their own religion. Aren’t we glad to be a Malaysian? Here, we only have battles going on between the valleys…hehhehhehe…

Dude, the only thing which came to my mind is System of a Down's BYOB..The last part is especially true. Here's the lyrics:

Why do they always send the poor

Barbarisms by Barbaras
With pointed heels
Victorious victories kneel
For brand new spankin' deals

Marching forward hypocritic and
Hypnotic computers
You depend on our protection
Yet you feed us lies from the tablecloth

La-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la Ooh

Everybody's going to the party have a real good time
Dancing in the desert blowing up the sunshine

Kneeling roses disappearing into
Moses' dry mouth
Breaking into Fort Knox stealing
Our intentions

Hangers sitting dripped in oil
Crying freedom
Handed to obsoletion
Still you feed us lies from the tablecloth

La-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la Ooh

Everybody's going to the party have a real good time
Dancing in the desert blowing up the sunshine

Everybody's going to the party have a real good time
Dancing in the desert blowing up the sunshine

Blast off
It's party time
And we don't live in a fascist nation

Blast off
It's party time
And where the fuck are you?

Where the fuck are you?
Where the fuck are you?

Why don't presidents fight the war?
Why do they always send the poor?

Why don't presidents fight the war?
Why do they always send the poor?

Why do they always send the poor?
Why do they always send the poor?
Why do they always send the poor?

It is a very sad case....but sincerely...not unexpected in a country such as Pakistan.
She was a very brave politician and certainly one of the smartest and straight talking female PM the world had ever known. She was only 54 years old.

Dear Kerp,

It is sad indeed. Whatever her critics may say about her, she was undeniably a brave lady.

My heart goes to her three children.

May Allah SWT Bless her soul and may she rest in peace.

Al Fatiha.

Tinesh,

Yea man, them System guys can really come out with great lyrics. Most are political in nature but what do you expect from a band formed by a RATM guitarist? This lyric can fit well to what had happened in Pakistan recently. Leaders to fight the war? They’re poofs, mann. Thanks for providing the lyric tho.

Have a great trip abroad man, and happy new year. What could be better than to begin the new year with a bang, French-made? Hehehe…

Mr Goh,

Thanks for dropping by sir.

As I have said, we could almost see it coming. She was targeted when she came back and it was a near-miss. I guess luck ran out on her. Just sad to have her life ended in such manner.

Aunty Maria,

She was indeed a lady with guts. Men would have freaked out after numerous threats prior to the killing. She marched on. Love her or hate her, one just gotta admire her courage. I thought 2007 was relatively a major incident-free but no, this had to happen.

Thanks for dropping by, aunty.
