Klang-Valley (the greatest) Vs kinta-Valley (the rotten pomelos)

And so we met, we bonded, we laughed, we argued, we took photos, argued again and then we laughed some more. That’s how I summed up that evening with Mob the Poster Master, Daphne Ling and her best buddy, Yean Mei, both came all the way from Ipoh just to take some pictures with me & Mob, and not to forget our autographs.

Ok, ok I made that last one up. Both Daph and Yean Mei only wanted my pic and autograph.

So anyway, I cant imagine how dull the meeting would have been without Mob around. He got us all in stitches practically through out the whole sitting. I thought I’d have to play the party clown but you’ve just gotta hand it to him. That’s the real man behind all the no-holds-barred political posters we enjoyed all these while.

It wasn’t much about battle-of-the-sexes evening but more of the Kinta-Valleyans VS the Klang-Valleyans, having a go at each other heads-on in the Middle of some Valley. Without a shadow of a doubt though, we the latter, came out triumphant.

Ok fine, I confess. I made that one up again. There’s no such word as valleyan you could ever find in a dictionary.

We didn’t have a proper dinner as planned but it was a pleasant evening nonetheless. Here’s wishing to more of such lovely evenings in the (near) future.

Yaaaaaaammm…Seeeeennnggggggg…

Yeah fine, while you young people were out having fun, painting the city red, we the older generation had our hands full fighting thousands of fire-breathing dragons. Okay I made that up it was only hundreds.

I saw same pics in Daphne's blog.

Salam bro,

Wah! It seems you had a good time out there, good for you! Nanti MS balik sekali lagi, we go have ourselves one ya.

Cikgu Nazir!

There you go again, out-doing me…hahaha…

If I’m asked who I’d love to meet most, it has gotta be you and docTA. Mana la tau, you might have some seminar or courses to attend to around klang valley, let me be the first to know. Then If me and shah needs to drag docTA to take a short drive from melaka, we would.

Yo CD,

Oh yes we do. At least I try to arrange things in order to get to see the real person behind all the ranting, bitching and ramblings.

I’m gonna pretend I didn’t read that part. But then again….i wonder which blogger would that be. I mean, I didn’t know fire-fighter blogs too…kahkahhhhhhh…

Shah,

All of us did. Lets make it a point to have some teh tarik the next time MS is back. Nak ajak cikgu may be a bit far-fetched but docTA is still quite possible. Lets drag him down here if we have to.

kerp...wah..you looked kinda macho honestly, and when we blog long enough, we sort of know the person quite well. My hubby was complaining that we dont "communicate" well enough sometimes, so I told him to get a blog, then we can communicate online very well. hahahaha

Marykate,

Hey there.

Hehe…yes, tell that to hub. Its amazing how blogging could do as far as relationship goes. I mean, whenever my girlfriend reads my writings, she tend to learn new things too. by blogging she gets to see her boyfriend from a totally different angle. Then when we sit and talk, we discuss it even further. Lets face it, there are just some things we can say better by writing it down.

Do you chat online, marykate? Would love to hook up with you. do email me.

Thanks.

I hope one day to meet up with you and mob.
From kata tak nak blog...I come to know you are a jovial and fun man.
That's good news...as in life.....like the song says...'Be Happy..why worry"
I do know few disabled men...blind....crippled...deaf and dumb...and what shocks me...they are more happier than most I know that are not disabled.
Just look at that genius...Professor Hawkings...such a positive thinking man....totally disabled...yet got married!!
When marriage is for you....don't worry ...it will come..and when it does not come..it does not mean being single..you are worst of than being married.
Ofcourse....it is so nice to be a father....is it not kerp?
If so....not too late to adopt a baby and meet the challenges of life head on.
All the best..and may I take this opportunity to wish you..a Happy 2008!!

mr goh,

thanks for all the well-wishes.

to me, there's just no point wasting your time pondering upon your sorry ass. thats part of a motivational factor too, that pushes me to be a cheerful person. it helps with people around me who are as nuts as i am.

remember what happened between you and me? the bickerings and name-calling? i've apologised to you but i would not hesitate to offer my apology again, because simply, i'm getting rid of that little hatred left in me that i used to have thick in me. i dont see any point in being a bitter person.

you have a great year ahead to, sir!
